If the child doesn't like what you do or the toys you offer, watch what he does.

 

Look at what he wants, even if it is actually inappropriate. Look at how you can make yourself attractive to the child, by giving him something he wants. We cannot work with a child if he doesn't want to be with us, or if we have nothing to offer him.

 

Only when we can give him nice things, can we teach him to communicate, because from that moment we can teach him how to ask for the things he wants.
